Product Warranty (for FoodCycler Eco 5™ Only)

FoodCycler (“Manufacturer”) products are manufactured with the best quality parts & materials available.

FoodCycler warrant products to be free from defects in workmanship, parts, and materials for a period of Two (2) years from the date of purchase/delivery by a Customer.

The FoodCycler manufacturer’s warranty is extended to the original registered owner of the product and may not be transferred with ownership.

The terms and conditions of this warranty do not extend to misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, exposure to extreme weather conditions, lightning strikes, or physical damage to product.

All warranty claims require issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization, which must be submitted to FoodCycler ("Manufacturer") upon the claim of defect.

Manufacturer and Distributor explicitly do not warrant any labour, shipping, or service fees incurred by a Customer for the replacement, repair, or exchange of any product or part(s) claimed under the above warranty terms and conditions.

In no event shall Manufacturer and Distributor be liable for warranty claims in excess of the original purchase price of the product.

FoodCycler Eco 5™ is a Malaysian associated G plug type model which is compatible with the Malaysian power source. Any damage caused by any external adapter to the power source shall not be covered under warranty.
